See it. Confirm it. Make it yours.
Physical samples and a clear specification come before the finished surface.
Your sample request
A sample box or submitted sample request records what you would like to see. It is not a confirmed dispatch. Availability, sample charges, destination and delivery arrangements are confirmed before any physical samples are sent.
Use samples to assess the glaze in your space and understand the character of handmade material. Screen previews cannot guarantee the color or variation of a production batch.
Delivery & installation
Loose pieces, assembled panels and other packing choices shown in the tools are project preferences. Final packaging, assembly cost, shipping method, delivery date, duties and site access requirements belong in the approved quotation.
Your installer should review the substrate, intended use, dimensions, grout, cutting allowance and installation requirements before production.
Cancellations & returns
The store is in test mode: no payment is taken and no goods are dispatched through checkout. There is therefore no physical test order to return.
Before a real order, we will provide the applicable cancellation, returns and damage-reporting terms for the actual product and destination. No return window or bespoke non-refundable policy has been established on this preview. These details must be agreed before payment; nothing here limits applicable customer rights.
For a sample, delivery or order question, write to the atelier. Include any inquiry reference and the composition name.
