The details, made clear.
A service and ordering notice for the current Mosaic Atelier preview. Updated 18 October 2026.
Currently a test store
Shopify checkout runs in test mode. No real payment is taken and nothing is shipped from a test order. An inquiry, saved selection or test checkout is not acceptance of a production order. Do not use real payment details in test checkout.
The site operates under the Mosaic Atelier brand. The seller’s legal identity, address and final commercial terms will be provided before accepting real orders; these details are not yet published.
From a design to a quotation
Our Moroccan zellige collection is manufactured in Fès, Morocco. Displayed prices are planning figures in US dollars, not a binding production quotation. Final geometry, quantities, glazes, suitability, packing format, assembly, borders, shipping, taxes, duties and lead time are confirmed for the individual project.
Border fabrication and any assembly estimate are identified separately. An area-only estimate cannot determine an exact border perimeter. Check measurements with your installer before approving a quotation.
Material & digital previews
Screen colors, room visualizations and AI suggestions are indicative. Physical glaze samples and approved drawings establish the final specification. Handmade variation, joint widths, cuts and installation conditions require review. A room preview is not a technical survey or an installation approval.
Global and heritage-inspired studies are contemporary development concepts unless expressly described otherwise. An archive reference is not automatically a production-ready cutting drawing. Rights, geometry and fabrication must be reviewed before production.
Your project material
Submit photographs and references that you have permission to use. A request to explore a reference does not establish permission to reproduce a protected design. Keep private information out of projects shared through public links.
Before commercial launch
Actual payment, cancellation, return, defect and shipping arrangements will be stated in the final order terms before you agree to an order. This testing notice does not create a non-refundable order policy or remove any applicable customer rights.
